What is the maximum deposit allowed?

A maximum of three net rents.

Do I have to pay the deposit in full immediately?

No. You have the right to pay the deposit in three equal monthly installments.

Does the deposit bear interest?

Yes. It must be invested separately from the landlord's assets under the usual conditions.

When will I get the deposit back?

Usually after moving out and after clarification of outstanding claims and the utility bill.
